Robert Allbritton’s Notus plans to double its newsroom staff, which includes hiring prominent ex-Post journalistsRobert Allbritton, the billionaire media entrepreneur, said he was “pained” by the Washington Post’s decision to lay off a large chunk of its newsroom in early February.
